Procedures and process for Part-Time Staff in Gold Care Cleaning Services

1. Pre-Employment Procedures

1.1 Job Posting and Recruitment

We may need you to complete minimum requirement in our job posting and there we do not involve any fees to join.

    • Elderly support: although we do not sign with customer that we are profesional care provider, however we must make sure that they are in safe condition with minimum periodical basic needs, such as safe environment, meals or other guide as instruted by customer.
    • For child care, similar action that require more attention as couple of children may act beyond our expectation, provide them with preiorid communication and looking at them periodically is a mandatory task, make sure they are in safe condition with adequate attention especially for special needs child.
    • Comunication: we provide services to our customer with our full attention and treat them like our family with respect. We have to give them full respect and truth, if any of the services they are not happy, we have to Apologise and do as much as you can to fulfill their needs, unless other limitatino or time is limited contact your supervisor.

1.2 Application Process

Once you join, you have completed the joining process and acknowledged that the joining procedures checklist is part of your commitment

Once we received initial data, you will proceed with short interview to confirm your availability

Once we are in agreement, we will send you our standard procedures

We will discuss about your  skills, experience, and  company values.

Your Ethical considerations and commitment to cleanliness standards is one of the important factor.

2. Employment Legality

2.1 Background Checks

As alternate of background checks, you should provide detail of your related experience

Provide recent UAE work experience.

Ensure it is relevant to the role and non-discriminatory.

2.2 Documentation

You should provide us data of your

UAE IDE

Work permits / Visa

And initial No. objection from your sponsor which may be in a simplify way

2.3 Agreement

Once we are in  agreement, we will notify you simplify contract detailing terms, including hours, pay rates, and job responsibilities and your acknowledgement.

3. Training and Orientation

3.1 Orientation Program

We will conduct an brief session covering company policies, expectations, and workplace culture.

Provide an overview of safety protocols, specific procedures and emergency procedures.

3.2 Training Modules

We will provide training on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety standards.

Include ethical training on respect for clients’ property and confidentiality.

3.3 Ongoing Training

Schedule regular refresher training sessions to update staff on new techniques and policies.

4. Standards and Quality Control

5. Ethics and Professional Conduct

Will send you along with agreement with a written code of conduct outlining expected behavior, professionalism, and ethical standards.

5.2 Reporting Mechanisms

You should send us any  confidential reporting system for staff to raise ethical concerns or report misconduct through direct one to one message.

Ensure there are no reprisals for reporting issues.

6. Health and Safety Procedures

Staff have to know about cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures.

If you can not perfowm what we expect, will notify you reminder that your service need improvement and if there is no improvement will have to terminate your agreement as we do not want to jeopardise our quality and customer.

8. Termination Procedures

8.1 Resignation and Dismissal

If you believe you can not work with us, you can simply notify us a week before about your resignations and involuntary dismissals.

We hope you disclose exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for our improvement.
